Collecting, Storing and Usage of personal data

On our webpages we do not collect any personal data (like name, address or e-mail address), with the exception of the cases listed below. In none of those cases do we use this data for a different purposes than the ones described, and under no circumstances do we transfer this data to third parties. Moreover we will store your data only as long as required for the specific purpose, or as long as required because of legal obligations (e.g. record keeping for tax purposes).

We collect personal data under these circumstances:

  1. You contact us directly using either a contact form on our webpage, or one of the other listed contact possibilities on the webpage. We will use your data only to answer your request.

  2. You make a purchase on one of our shop webpages. In this case we need to store some personal information about you (name, first name, address, e-mail address and bank details). This data will only be used to fulfill our contractual obligations with you and any legal obligations arising from the contract (e.g. to package, ship and make the payment for your order). Moreover we will contact you using your e-mail address to keep you informed about the current state of your order and the subsequent shipment.



  1. On some of our webpages we use so called session cookies. These contain an anonymized ID and are used to automatically log you in to your account on subsequent visits to our webpage. We do not create a protocol about this data and will not use it to create a usage profile of you.

  2. We have also embedded videos using the services offered by YouTube, belonging to Google, in some of our webpages. Owner of the platform YouTube is YouTube, LLC (901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA), a subdivision of Google, Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

When loading a page with an embedded video and while watching the video your browser will send data to YouTube that can be related to your person. Apart from this YouTube is using Cookies to identify its users. These Cookies will be placed when visiting the webpage, or when visiting any other webpage that contains an embedded video provided by YouTube. On subsequent visits to YouTube, or any other webpage embedding videos from YouTube, these cookies will be send to the servers of YouTube.

Moreover your browser will connect to the DoubleClick Network, another subdivision of Google, Inc., on each visit on one of our webpages with an embedded YouTube video.

Webpage access protocol

When visiting one of our webpages we automatically log some data like your IP-address, date, time and which page has been accessed in a temporary file. This data will only be used to improve our offerings and to prevent attacks on our websites (e.g. Denial of Service attacks, DoS). This data is deleted periodically, at the latest after three months.

We attempt to use all current technical and organizational possibilities to secure personal data against unauthorized access, lossage, alterations or deletions. Our staff is obliged to follow appropriate and relevant guidelines.

Right to Object and Complain

You’ve got the right to get access all your personal data stored with us, free of charge. Moreover you’ve got the right to request the deletion, correction or blocking of this data.

You may complain with us or a controlling institution at your usual place of stay or at the location of our company headquarter.


When using our shops the option to make your payment using the service provider Sofortüberweisung is present. For technical reasons we cannot completely remove this option from our webpage, however it is disabled for all customers. We do not share personal data with the company Sofortü
